Who are your services for?
Our services are designedfor companies hiring AI, ML, and data professionals who want fewer but strongercandidate matches. They are ideal for teams that have already spent time sourcing,interviewing, and testing candidates and now want a more focused, curatedapproach with higher-quality outcomes.
How does StealthMode.Team differ from other job boards?
We’re not a job board and we don’t operate as a marketplace. Instead of sending hundreds of applications, we introduce only candidates we’ve already evaluated and confirmed as strong matches for your role, including niche or highly specialized positions in AI and data. Every introduction is intentional.
Who are you?
We are recruitment specialists with over 11 years of experience, including more than 7 years focused on technical hiring. In recent years, we’ve concentrated specifically on AI, ML, and data roles, building a trusted network of professionals across Europe and the US. StealthMode.Team grew from this network and from the need for a more precise alternative to traditional recruiting.
I have a very unique business. Can this help me?
Yes. Many of the roles we support are highly specialized - from applied ML to research-heavy positions and domain-specific data teams. Even when requirements are unique, we use experience from similar projects to identify candidates who can succeed in your environment.
We don’t have AI/ML/Data expertise in the company. How should we proceed?
If your team doesn’t yet have internal AI or data expertise, we can support the evaluation process by helping design technical interviews or test tasks - and, when needed, involve experienced technical reviewers to assist with candidate assessment.
When do I pay?
Our work is success-based. You only pay after a candidate accepts your offer and joins your team. There are no upfront fees.
What if I don’t receive any candidates?
Because we focus on curated matches rather than volume, candidate availability depends on role scope, compensation range, and timing. If suitable candidates are not immediately available, there is no cost to you. When strong matches appear later, we reconnect and continue the process.
There are so many fraudulent candidates - how do I know yours aren’t?
Candidate verification is one of the main reasons companies work with us. Each candidate is personally evaluated before introduction. We review their project experience, technical background, and career expectations - and when needed, conduct reference or background checks. This significantly reduces the risk of mismatched or unreliable profiles.
